For the chocolate fountain to be reserved, we will require a non-refundable deposit of £100. Dates cannot be reserved without this deposit. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before the event. Cancellations by yourselves will result in a loss of deposit. In the unlikely
occurrence of ourselves having to cancel we will refund any monies paid. Changing the event date may be considered without loss of deposit at our
discretion.

You are able to
decide on your choice of dips up to eight weeks before the event.

If at any point we feel our personal safety or our equipment is
jeopardised we will remove ourselves
from the premises with no refund.

Due to Health and Hygiene reasons, the chocolate fountain is for indoor use only.

We will bring the agreed amount of dips per package and we will stay for two hours or until all of the dips are used, whichever occurs first.

We will be present at the event for approx 3.5 hours therefore you do not pay for the time it takes to set up and dismantle the fountain.

The table, which we will supply, will need a specific space approx 6ft square and near to an electrical power point where guests cannot trip over any extension leads. It is your responsibility to ensure this is arranged with whoever is in charge of the event. It is also your responsibility to check with the venue that they are happy for us to attend.

We will require a setting up time of 1 hour before the fountain is available for use. Therefore, we must have access to the room where the fountain is to be placed for this to occur.

We will clear
away all of the equipment we bring with us the end of the session.

There will always be at least one member of staff present to ensure the smooth running of the fountain such as replenishing the dips and providing napkins.

All packages
include an LED light base of varying colours as well as our own branded
table linen.
